Join Us on Saturday, April 29, in New York City

Too much is too wrong in this country. We have a foreign policy that is foreign to our core values, and domestic policies wreaking havoc at home. The times are urgent and we must act!

Assemble: 22nd Street and Broadway, 10:30AM onward
March: At noon down Broadway to Foley Square
Grassroots action festival: 1:00-6:00PM, Foley Square

1. Proud2Blib and kiteinthewind are going to be there
I wish I could go. I'll be doing canvassing for the Democratic Party on that day. My heart and spirit will be with all of you while I work at home on the ground.

7. I hope C-span covers it, like last years
I was going to go, but had a knee scope last week,
and am healing more slowly than had planned.

The surgical discharge instructions didn't include
elevation, ice and get arrested for sit-in at congressman's
office. Perhaps not the greatest idea physiologically-

Otherwise it was a great idea!

To all going-ThankYOU

10. Cool...
Could you post the meetup in General Discussion? I'm coming from Detroit, and know of several others from out-of-town who keep asking about a DU meetup.

11. Official Discussion thread here:

Threads drop so fast in GD!!

Also, here's the meetup and map thread for the 29th's logistics:

There's other threads in New York's forum about the meetups, all are near the top!
