Is Rove Still in Charge of the Katrina Slush Fund (aka Reconstruction II) |

Inquiring minds want to know. He is supposed to be out of public service and concentrating full time on Selection 2006, so whp is in charge of all the money and contracts and voting in the hurricaine struck Gulf Coast? Is it still Rove? If he ghets indicted, will it still be Rove?
