Its Done: NO NJ Repub House incumbant is running unopposed. DFA Pics
Edited on Sat Apr-22-06 08:10 PM by FogerRox
Today I met with the results of Howard Deans 50 state plan. I met our NJ DNC liason person. This is what Deans program pays for. Staff, on the ground, NOW. God that feels good to see, and it feels good to say it. I have seen tangible results, a staffer.

NJDFA recently saw Carol Gay annpounce in the 4thCD in NJ. that means we have a DEM running against EVERY INCUMBANT HOUSE REPUB. Daymn, that feels good. I just came from a NJ state DFA meeting, and we are pumped, we are looking at 3 good DEMS running against 3 Republican incumbants. In Winnable CDs. Heres some pics:

Heres Rosi getting things off to a start.

Heres Rosi on the left and Carol Gay, who is running in the 4th CD IIRC.

Tom Wyka.

Tom Wyka is running in the 11th CD. Tom is DFA & a Camp Wellstone grad.

Anne Wolfe.

Anne Wolfe ran for the House in 2004 and lost. One the original Deans Dozen. Anne will not be running in the 5th CD this year. Snif, snif.

Anne Wolfe & Roger Fox

Linda Stender sent her Director of Field, Nick Fixmer. Linda is running in NJ7th.

The good news is that no incumbant House Republican is running unopposed in NJ. And yet the repubs are leaving 2 Dems unopposed. HAHAHAHHAhahahaha. With Carol Gay joining the fray, its becoming clear that NJ DFA has had an effect. Now we gotta win some seats.

12. I'm in the 4th district, but I just can't see Chris Smith losing
He's already been in Congress for 26 years, and this is quite a Republican-leaning district. Granted, Carol Gay has my full support, and I hope she can win, but it'll be tough.

13. U R right about the 4th. But...........
WE have a DEM running against each "R" incumbant. The Repubs are not opposing Payne & ANdrews. SOoo..... Everyone in the those 2 districts can apply thier efforts else where...like in the 4th, 5th, 7th, or 11th... That puts far more pressure on NJ Repubs.
