A body just 100% positively identified by the 379 family members of Osama Bin Laden is not that of OBL according to a CIA spokesman interviewed on condition of anonymity.

"We have viewed the body and it is not the man we expected to see, therefore we concluded that Osama is still out there planning terror attacks against America and its allies." He said.

During a press conference George Bush is quoted as saying, "We ah, know that Osama is still alive because we, still have, ah freedom to spread to ah, those people over there..."

Scott McClellan was later quoted saying, "We have already answered these questions...Thank You Very Much."

1. What proof is there that ZArqawi did crimes and Osama being alive

AL ZArQawi is alot of public relations, Pentagon spin. There is no evidence that he has done any of the crimes he is accussed of. He has no relation to chemical weapons ie Powells lies to UN about chemical base in Northern Iraq ( US controlled fly zone) and therefore no evidence he planned any attack- ie thwated Ricin poison attack on Europe and in Jordan.

There is no proof he was responsible for the UN bombing in BAghdad in 03. The letter sent by Zarqawi to Al Queda is a hoax; as diplomats have stated. The Nicholas Berg BS video shows a 2 legged man instead of a one legged man.

OSAMA-- has released some tapes that anyone could fake and then again I prefer to call him Ken Osmond as his CIA handlers did. Why didn't they grab the guy when he was in a Dubai hospital just months before 9-11> credible witnesses identified a CIA handler there who contacted him(Le Figaro)
