Hugh Hewitt on Colbert......…Scary
Stephen interviewed this guy last night and it truly gave me nightmares.

I guess he is a conservative radio guy, and he wrote a book called

Painting the Map Red: The Fight to Create a Permanent Republican Majority

The title says it all. Just the thought of this being possible, gives me the willies.

Is he popular? Please tell me there are enough intelligent people to prevent this.

3. Hewitt's been all over the tube lately
Not sure who his publisher is, but his publicist sure has connections. Can't stand the smarmy POS, but Colbert did a pretty good job with him!

6. I saw that. Loved it when Stephen ripped a page out of the book
The page that said it's Alarm Time for the Republicans.

8. Randi Rhodes smacked him around a good amount
a few weeks ago on, I think, Larry King. He looks like he's the walking dead. Could be because he has no soul.

Constitutional Law professor (and he was my husband's advisor). He says he is/was an intensely religious hardrightie, and Hewitt basically says that he is just that.
