Have "conservatives" flooded the produce fields

to pick lettuce and other vegetables? And have they started working in jobs in the service industry to ensure Mexicans have no reason to come to this country? I've seen "conservatives" whince when the conversation turns to "jobs that americans won't do." So there is no doubt in my mind that "conservatives" would believe it their patriotic duty to do those jobs. Or have they discovered some cosmic interpretation of a passage in Leviticus that prevents them from doing such chores. I find watching "conservatives" go through life more fascinating then going to the Zoo.

2. They haven't signed up

for Iraq yet either! Seems when they say support the troops it doesn't mean their sons or daughters. Bunch of hypocrits is all they are.

3. One of the favorite responses I've gotten more than once

from a fine upstanding chickenhawk about military service - "I haven't served in the military yet." It must be in their playbook. It really caps off a nice conversation about how patriotic they are and that we need to support the president and go to war in Iraq. (Conversations occurred in January/February 2003.) I chatted with two of them about my military service and asked them where they served and when. To wit, "I haven't served yet."

What's next? "I haven't picked lettuce yet?"

4. A lot of conservatives do those kinds of jobs, the poor ones any way

The ones who are poor but also raging Christo-fascists. There are a lot of poor people doing really crappy jobs all over this land and are still so sure they are going to be raptured would pick sesame seeds out of turds if the Ueberlords said to.
