If Bush's election was the result of divine providence, you'd think that
well,...you'd think that there would be a lot less coming out of DC in the way of total fuckups. Katrina, Iraq, Gas Prices, Indictments, etc, etc, etc.

I'm confused:

I mean, if that smirking chimp is really God's choice for the office, how is it the administration has become such a qualifiable and un-holy failure?

3. That is why, for the true believer, everything that is happening
is an unbounded success.

We have the terrists on the run! We are winning in Iraq! Katrina was a strong response to what could have been a real disaster; those few that died - that was God's will!

And * was appointed by God, to face the greatest challenge of the century!

5. Oh, but you forget
There is at least one other force that can choose a leader.
Otherwise how can you explain Hamas in Palestine, or the pres of Iran.

God said you'd know them by their fruits.
Seems the peaches are sour for all three.

Or He/She really wanted to rattle our cage. I don't know.

I think it's a pretty safe bet that the shrub/God direct line has been disconnected.
