This whole voting against your ideology based on the media's interpretation of electability is bogus. If we had done that with Clinton, he'd never have made it to the nomination.
People need to vote for the candidate that most matches their beliefs, and form what I hear, that is Dean. Dean's platforms have been adopted, and his populist anti-war platform has been coopted by the very people who voted for the George Bush war.
Kerry is going to get smoked so bad if he gets the nod. Dean is the only one who has a chance, and that is the very reason the media has destroyed him, by the overplay and mischaracterization of his speech, piled on top of an intensifying array of all network wide negative advertising and reporting before Iowa. They know his message, should he ever reach a primary will resonate with folks, and the media didn't like his comment about breaking up the media he made on Chris Mathews. When I heard him say "We need to break the media up" I knew they would be after him, and was I ever right. It was a great interview, the crowd at Harvard was intense, and enthralled, but that night, these huge corporate-mouthpieces ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, CNN, MSNBC, CNBC all started their attacks, in effect not only destroying Dean's polls, but robbing all the money he had invested in his early strategy, and much motivation from those who still believe in the free-media.
Really, they are now much more than just the corporate mouthpiece, they are a corporate-tool for the manipulation of the American group mind. Apparently Democrats have weak minds, and are easily steered away from the candidate they hear, and feel is being honest (Dean), and demonstrating character and integrity, to Kerry. Just another Skull and Crossbones, like three generations of Bushes. If Edwards catches on, all you fans of the breck-boy be prepared, they will be coming after him. Kerry is their golden boy now, they've slapped Dean down, they've attacked Clark unjustly, and Edwards will be the next target toward the purpose of steering the weak minds that can't even stick to their own chosen ideological candidate. Get some backbone, vote for who you believe in, not for the media-myth of presumptive electability, in Kerry. After all of this, you trust their polls????? Make up your own minds, stop watching their BS!!
