Clark supporters, just saw something on FOX
Edited on Wed Feb-04-04 09:31 PM by blm
Howard Wolfson, Hillary's spokesman was just on. He said Clark may be dropping out soon.

If it was just any pundit I wouldn't mention it, and in fact, ignore it, but, Wolfson plays a significant role in the Clinton camp.

1. Interesting
Though Clark isn't really Clinton's horse in the race so who knows what he really knows. I do suspect that Clark will drop out if he doesn't do well in TN next week.

6. No. This was Wolfson talking about the overall race.
He's not a reporter.

8. Wolfson
I don't know much about the guy, but if you say he's a Clinton insider then what he says carries alot of weight.

it just seems that clark should go on if he made the commitment and is raising money right now

3. Hmmmmm....
I would expect him to stick it out through next week in TN and VA, but his fundraising has greatly disipated and he did spend all his money in OK.

And he has a huge army of grass-roots supporters....

Doesn't need to pay for any Robo-Calling campaign.....

You guys better get on the phone to the coach of the U of Tenn.

Your gonna need him....

7. I'd rather
beat a candidate, then have him drop out. a forfeit is nothing. He made the commitment to move on, the train went up on the website. so lets go!!!

9. I like that attitude.
You got the right spirit. I can certainly work for Edwards if he is the nominee, though I would rather work for Wes.

11. the GOP can rest easy
Lieberman has left the building.

But I think Kerry is best prepared to take punches from Rove and hit back, he came out a winner against Dean and nobody expected that.

14. They're sending hints to the General - stop hitting the crown prince
Well, we the Clark drafters have something to say about it. And Clark is doing this for our country not for the Clintons.

15. Clark has found a way
the break through to the media! Keep the rumor going he's about to drop out! Then won't they be surprised when he gets the nomination

:)

17. Remember all the 2000 CNN polls that had * winning the popular vote, LOL?
It was the reverse of course. Those scum will never stop in their attempt to block a grass roots populist candidate from gaining power in this country.
