ILLINOIS Clarkies! I'm invading Tennessee...anyone want to come?

I have room in my car for 3 more people if anyone wants to go to Tennessee with us! I'm leaving tomorrow after my son gets out of school...if we don't get a ton of snow because it looks like a blizzard out there right now. :( If we do get a ton of snow, I'll leave Saturday morning and plan on staying until Wednesday. I want to be at the VICTORY rally on Tuesday when Wes wins!!! I'll come home on Wednesday. If anyone in Illinois wants a ride email me and we can work things out. I'm an hour south of Chicago and will be heading South. If you're North of me, you could drive here or if you're South of me, I could meet you somewhere to pick you up. East or west? I can meet you somewhere. Just email me! I'm so excited!

I'm a smoker. If smoke bothers you, you may not want to ride with us. ;)

But, I did call Clark Campaign HQ today. Spoke to a volunteer who told me 75 (or 75%, not sure) of HQ were on their way to TN. So should be a good time. Please if you see Wes, let him know I'm with him all the way. :)

I was in NH the day of that primary, and Clark lit up the room when he spoke there that night after edging Edwards out of third place. TN is a bit far for me. Makes more sense for me to work the phones. Have a great time, I know you will, and give it all you have (I know you will)!

20. It's a mess, isn't it?

I heard water splashing today and we had developed a leak down the wall of our living room. Lived here 17 years with no leak. Called Mr. TNDemo and he came home and was up on the roof in 38 degrees with pouring rain for about 45 minutes getting tarp fastened down. Water has since quit running down the wall but the big bulge in the dry wall is still there. We had hoped to move before replacing the roof but looks like we're going to have to ante up. :(

Was waiting for another rain like this before I patched the ceiling in my bedroom to make sure the repair held! LOL!

I have some water seeping through the wall in a basement storage room but otherwise okay. I'm afraid our gorgeous state is going to look a tad messy and muddy on tv this weekend. <sigh>
