Tell them about his relationship with the DLC, the DLC's relationship with Will Marshall, Will Marshall's relationship with PNAC, and how PNAC started the Iraq War.

By the people I know who I could e-mail that article to for whom it would sway them to vote for Kerry.

Whether I am in agreement with that or not, it would be a selling point to a lot of people who might otherwise be reluctant to vote democratic.

6. My 'principles' vs. 20+ years of a radical-right Supreme Court...

I would hope that my faithfulness to my principles will comfort me when 50 years of jurisprudence is reversed and compromised. Interpretation means everything in law.

If the Democrat could win the White House, Kerry or anyone, we have a chance to counter the momentum of the ideologues that have captured our government, for years to come.

I know there is a bit of posturing and bluffing that is going on at the moment, but the bottom line is this may well be the last stand for peaceful, democratic change. I fear one more term of Republican government will spell the end to institutional democracy. I have 2 teen-agers and I am more concerned for their future than I am mine..
