AP Poll Notes Decline in Support for Bush
WASHINGTON - President Bush (news - web sites)'s public support dropped sharply over the past month, especially among older voters, political independents and people in the Midwest, an Associated Press poll found.

And for the first time, more voters in this poll's two years of tracking the question said they would definitely vote against Bush than said they would definitely vote for him.

Bush's approval rating stood at 47 percent in the AP-Ipsos poll taken in early February, down from 56 percent approval just a month ago. Half, or 50 percent, said they disapproved in the latest poll.

2. Although it's early, things are looking really good for us.
The only thing I really worry about is Diebold stealing it from us.

3. We'll see what happens after this Sunday
on MTP. That will be a real test on how gullible the public really is. Of course it hinges on Tim Russert...The loyal following will hang TR if he's tough on Bush, but the rest of us will know it's par for the course when he gives pass after pass and kisses Bush ass. *smooch*

MTP will be
taped on Saturday so the WH can edit out the gaps when GW can't answer questions. He can't handle press conferences....so why did we think he'd get any tough questions...live...on MTP.

6. It doesn't necessarily depend on Russert. If the show is pre-taped
then * will probably get a pass, but maybe not. Live and he's toast.
