Over and over again this morning I have heard republicans say "democrats have no plan for security or Iraq"
Now we all KNOW that this administration has been the most secretive and deceptive in US History.....

Isn't it fair to say that we CAN'T have a plan until we get in, see what's true and what is not because we REALLY don't know what all they've lied about?

As I have to go pick up the commie from work.... I'll take my answer off the air.

2. Look at the mess Iraq is in, look at Katrina, look at the borders, look at

9/11, look at the docks, look at the airports, look at Afghanistan, look at Iran, look at North Korea, then tell me what the repub plan is in contrast! They have been in power and in control the last 6 years. What plan do they have for these issues? Basically they are the pot calling the kettle black!

IMO, I think the Commanders have the answers already but the administration is playing politics. It is not the "Democrats" who need to have the plan but those who are in the conflict and know what is happening on the ground. You need to just listen to what the commanders are saying. One day a General says that there's a civil war going but then someone in the WH says that that is incorrect. They want to hide the facts to continue the conflict. That is what is going on, I don't think anyone is listening to the Commanders. They need more troops and armor and Rumsfeld says that they need to fight with what they have cause they are volunteers and they knew what they were getting into, etc. Politics from the administration are the ones killing our troops. The Democrats might already have a plan but they know the WH is playing politics and want to look tough on terra. They are also as you said hiding the truth.

The Democrats have to sit down with the Generals and Commanders and ask them what is going on then go from there. I believe the Commanders have the solution but they have their hands tied. They have to do what the Commander in Chimp wants. The WH is not listening to the Commanders but of course, you have instances of brainwashed Generals who are just following **. Remember what happened with Katrina. The Governor and Mayor in LA would ask for help but the WH was too busy on Raising campaign money or vacationing. You just can't have someone who hate government running government.

4. Any "Real" plan

is based on intelligence. Rummy and crowd have shown neither real tactical intelligence or personal intelligence so far.
