Well, I have a suspicion that various and sundry GOP folks are
demanding that favors due them over the years be paid back.
I'm sure the GOP have done many favors for the TV networks and now the
GOP are calling in their chits in order win the elections.

The GOP is using up all their favor capital right now which means
they won't have much left after the election.

It could be a good thing. (As long as Dems win that is.)
