My letter to Nader
Dear Mr. Nader-

I have always agreed with many of the issues you support. Because Kucinich is running, I think it is not necessary for you to run so that issues effecting the working people of this country can be heard. Dennis will be in the race until the convention raising awareness and attention. After the convention it will be time to unite and focus on getting Bush out of office.

Rather than announce your candidacy, I think you should endorse Kucinich. Your planned announcement in mid-February would be perfect timing before Super Tuesday. The media has been shutting out Dennis and you endorsement would bring much needed attention to his campaign and message. Please consider this as option. I think it would be the most productive way for you to further many of the issues you care about.

I would encourage all of you to write to Nader to discourage his run- Non DK people can leave out that part of the letter :)

his address is info@naderexplore04.org

1. I am impressed by how polite you are
Mr. Nader does not receive that much delicacy/diplomacy at my house, despite our agreement with many of his ideas.

2. Oh, so that's why Dennis is running.
Kerry & Edwards thank him again -- from the bottom of their hearts.

6. yes, Kerry and Edwards thank Dean for shutting out Kucinich
you did it early and often, and boy did it work - and right when the debates started, while Dean looked uncomfortable and Kucinich was kicking ass, Dean gets all the media attention. Then, the media killed Dean too, without even a "thank you" for keeping the Progressive Caucus from having any influence in the race. Plus, they got to raise all that money from the left and spend it on Trippi's media company.

Why was Dean running again?

3. I think Nader will run
because he knows that Dennis won't get beyond the convention

Besides, Kerry will run back to the center once his nomination becomes certain. Dennis has very little to bring to the table, because of his inability to persuade.

4. It is hard to be persuasive if you're being shut -out
Dennis is very persuasive. Debate after Debate, Dennis gets the most applause. -(mind you it is only during the debates that Dennis is seen in the national media). I think if he were covered in the way that Kerry or Dean or Clark have that he would be the front-runner.

5. it's possible
I think we would have been far-better served by a media that gave equal weight to all the candidates.
