Senator Santorum deceived Penn Hills School District to the amount of $100,000 in cyber-school tuition fees by stating he resided in that school district. He also complained that someone was looking in the windows of his Penn Hills home and this was a security issue to his family. However, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, in a May 26th editorial,
http://www.post-gazette.com/pg/06146/693291-192.stm stated they mailed questionnaires to Santorum’s Penn Hill’s address, and they were returned to sender because Senator Santorum doesn’t live there.
Regardless, Senator Santorum sent Capitol Police to Pennsylvania at taxpayer’s expense, even though, along with his family, he lives in Leesburg, Virginia. What is the Senator’s explanation for not paying the district what he owed for the cyber education of his children, despite his winning on a district-filing technicality, and for sending Capitol Hill police to a vacant house?
