What do we know about her? I never heard of her before

1. Well, without looking at her bio...since she is appointed by Chucklenuts

I already know she was a big contributor to the GOP, she has no experience in the area of her appointment and she will screw up the agency as soon as the confirmation hearings anoint her.

she's from AZ, the state of big business and screw the worker and:

There were sell-out jobs available after we graduated working for various Depts. of Transporation around the country. "Evaluating" buildings that stood in the path of highway projects.
