In other words, there are some people who say that we shouldn't fight the war, we should not detain -- we shouldn't apprehend al Qaeda, we shouldn't detain al Qaeda, we shouldn't question al Qaeda, and we shouldn't listen to al Qaeda. In other words, they're all for winning the war on terror, but they're all against -- they're against providing the tools for winning that war."

According to Snow Job if you are against intrustive government policies which violate either your personal privacy or long-standing international treaties than you don't really mind if Al Qaeda kills millions of Americans. Hmm. All this time I never knew that about myself. You may recall similiar smear tactics used by Dole a few days ago.

Needless to say Dole is unable to name any Democrats who want to appease Al Qaeda. I'm sure Tony Snow would have been unable to as well if, you know, someone called him on his tremendous mound of bullshit. Sigh, at least David Gregory is putting up some kind of fight.
