That's the way the Dems should handle the new poll numbers that say that 46% of people believe Iraq had something to do with 9/11. Since Bush was just seen on TV a few days ago saying that there were on links between Iraq and 9/11 that means that 46% of people still do not believe him. But will Dems be smart enough to re-frame this issue and turn it around on Bush and the Republicans who still claim there were links between Saddam and 9/11 and Al-qaeda? NOOOOOoooooooooooooo! The Dems will still let Rove have it both ways.
