Instead of trying to unify the message, the Dems keep alienating the other thrid parties with the same message.

To blame the defeat of Gore on Nader and the Greens alone...is just foolish.

Not exactly a warmongering hawk, she is from the South, however and is most definitely a peace candidate, like Dennis. I saw her stand up to the old Bush family retainer, Colin Powell, and his support of "U.S. humanitarian missions" only into certain countries (those where US has special interests) at the same time he ignored genocide in Rwanda and massive starvation in Somalia. She upbraided him on this in a very tender, intimate way, and it was the first time I ever saw him speechless. He couldn't answer.

You know, maybe, upon reflection, not vice president to Kucinich, but a more equal partnership. I know Kucinich is looking to get married, and I know that McKinney has a teenage son, but I don't know that she's married at present ...

Willie's a great guy but he's never run for office and the rethugs would have a field day with his tax problems a few years back.
Thompson on the other hand has run for sheriff in the past so he should be able to pick up the law'n'order vote.
