What are the divisive political issues?

I’ve used the web site On The Issues among others as a quick reference for political candidates’ views on various issues.

Some issues; e.g. abortion, gun control, religion, GLBT; polarize voters and could be crucial in close elections.

On The Issues gives candidate positions separately on abortion and gun control but not religion and GLBT, see list below.

Does anyone know of a site that reports candidates’ positions on the top five or six divisive issues that could win or lose the next presidential election or gain or lose control of congress for the Democratic Party?
