"Prior Dissent" Resolution

---- I tried to get this document out there a little earlier in a thread entitled "Single State Strategy for Opposing Bush,"... and it seemed to fall by the wayside. Still, I'd like for fellow DU'ers to read this resolution. It may be found at www.vermontrepublic.org under "Issues and Essays,"...."Other Articles,"..... and is listed as the "State Sovereignty Resolution." Perhaps then you might wish to read the original thread and find out how this originated....
