DU Military...After 5 years, someone has to
answer two question.
I was under the impression that the life/security of the pResident was in the hands of the secret service and the pResident had nothing to say about it. HOW did the SS allow Bushit go into Emma Booker after everyone KNEW the country was under attack?
I though SS was FBI? WHY is under the DHS in the organizational chart?

4. You're right, the SS is Department of Treasury.........
Their main tasks are to protect members of the Executive branch of government AND protect the integrity of the US dollar by rounding up counterfeiters!

2. Historically, the Secret Service has been under...
...the Treasury Department, and has (for historical reasons) the dual role of defending the currency and the President. It's reporting lines are still into Treasury, even though it's been brought under DHS on an operational basis.

3. Secret Service
The Secret Service was originally part of The Department of the Treasury. In 2002:
The Department of Homeland Security is established with the passage of (Public Law 107-296) which in part, transfers the United States Secret Service from the Department of the Treasury, to the new department effective March 1, 2003.

Why the SS allowed Bush to remain at the school when it was clear that our country was under attack is a mystery -- I do not understand that at all. From what I have read, they are supposed to remove the president at the first hint of trouble.

9. Multiple choice - three options
One, they knew he was in no danger. You can't say they didn't know we were under attack, they have the best communications equipment in the world.

Two, they read his mind and he commanded them to not even approach him regarding removing him to a secure place.

Three, they already knew we were under attack when he entered Booker Elementary, and he demanding that they let him go in. Of course, I believe protocol is to disregard the president's wishes and put his safety first, but protocol was taking the day off on 9/11

11. Letting the Chimp go into the school
seems to indicate that he is not a strategic thinker and the SS fhad their thumbs up their nether regions.
