1. How much time does Disney give you to cancel reservations without
being charged a penalty, say...if one registers two suites for 7 days and cancels 2 days before you're supposed to arrive! any charge to you??

7. I think you have to pay a portion of your stay up front.
If you canceled within the allowed time frame you'd get it back, but I wouldn't want to give Disney my money even on a temporary basis.

4. that;s their job, you won't be annoying anyone
it may be your call that causes overtime, or better, the one who causes the lines to be busy when a customer calls.

5. It's not their job to hear angry rants from people

who are pissed off at ABC. You're pestering the wrong people here. A person taking reservations for Disney World is not going to give a shit about your comments regarding ABC's lousy TV programming or your boycott threats. You need to target somebody else higher up on the food chain.

6. Not true.
I'm a retail manager of a large retail chain. A few years ago, environmentalists protested our chain due to a lack of recycled products available. At the store level, we had no control over the purchasing decisions of the company. But you can bet that when we got enough calls, word got passed up the chain of command. Imagine that times 1300 stores.

Bottom line: The company changed its policy and began to offer a wide variety of recycled products.

CALL EVERYONE. THIS WORKS.

8. It wouldn't surprise me if the reservation calls went to New Delhi

And if you said anything about an ABC movie they wouldn't have any idea in hell what you're talking about.
