The razor thin line they try to tread
"trust only us, keep us in power
but don't feel too safe," they slyly said
Remember to live in fear and cower

Crushed beneath their heavy threats
"Republicans only keep you safe,
so fret not when trapped in nets
or lashed again by whips of hate
surrender freedoms, choke on lies
believe our tawdry alibis

worship us again, you worms
and prey to us like empty men
grant us leave to make you squirm
with terror terror, tired terror again
wolf!
and trust
and quake!
and kneel
and never let
your mind gears wheel

barefoot, pregnant,
fanatic, ignorant,
moranic, tyrranic
sycophantic

feed us with your souls
we need
