My first ever, "please help" OP. I've been searching for the source
of the story about how American Airlines's check in agents are portrayed in p/t9/11.

I had the opportunity to speak with someone I know at AA, and would love to e-mail this person some attributal information. This is an individual with some influence, at least at a regional level.

I tried "search" in DU and found nothing under various key words.

Please help me get the information directly to this person who could take it and run with it.

Thanks, in advance. MKJ

2. Here's an article from today's Kennebec Journal (Maine)
Ex-ticket agent recalls encounter with hijacker

http://kennebecjournal.mainetoday.com/news/local/3114385.shtml

PORTLAND -- It's been five years since Michael Tuohey was on the receiving end of an icy stare from the ringleader of the 9/11 attacks, but the former US Airways ticket agent will be forever haunted by that brief but chilling encounter at Portland International Jetport.

Tuohey said he will never forget the anger in the eyes of Mohamed Atta after he refused to give boarding passes to him and accomplice Abdulaziz Alomari for their connecting flight in Boston, which they crashed into the World Trade Center hours later on the morning of Sept. 11, 2001.

As Monday's anniversary of the attacks on the Twin Towers and the Pentagon approached, the reason Atta and Alomari drove to Portland rather than begin their deadly journey at Logan International Airport remains a mystery.

Michael Chitwood, who was Portland police chief at the time, said nothing has emerged to supplant the initial perception that the hijackers may have chosen to arrive separately from various locations to minimize the chance of drawing attention to themselves.

5. The point is, TP9/11 puts the onus on American Airlines -- notice that the
article you posted is about a ticket agent for US Airways.

American Airlines to blame for 9/11, Disney/ABC movie falsely claims

I'm just wondering when American Airlines is going to realize that it's about to be defamed in the entire English-speaking world.

As I first noted yesterday, I have the entire "Path to 9/11" video. And one of the very first scenes makes it explicitly clear that American Airlines had Mohammad Atta in its grasp, warning lights flashing on the computer screen, yet the airline simply blew off the threat and helped Atta kill 3,000 Americans.

Unfortunately, it's a total lie.

Here's what the "Path to 9/11" claims American Airlines did on the morning of September 11. According to Disney/ABC, American Airlines at Boston Logan had Mohammad Atta at its ticket counter and a warning came up on the screen when he tried to check in. The AA employee called a supervisor who kind of shrugged and said, blithely, just let him through. The first employee, shocked, turned to her supervisor and said, shouldn't we search him? The American Airlines supervisor responds, nah, just hold his luggage until he boards the plane. The scene is clearly intended to make American Airlines look negligent.

Only problem? It never happened.
