If Dick "The Smirk" Cheney can take credit for the fact that no terrorist attacks have occurred in five years, doesn't that mean Clinton can take credit for the fact that no attacks occurred for 7 years and 11 months during his administration?

And if Clinton is to blame for an attack that occurred nearly eight months after Bush II took office, aren't Reagan and Bush I to blame for an attack that occurred a month after Clinton took office?

If there's a flaw in that logic, please point it out to me.

Otherwise, the Bush-hogs can shut the hell up, and DUHbya and the Smirk can go fuck themselves, the major league assholes.
