February,1993 thru September 2001 = 8 years, how can anyone realistically claim to feel safer when only five years have passed since we've been hit? let's pass eight years without a hit before claiming we've accomplished anything...

2. We have only been very lucky

The Replug Congress has done nothing to protect America. Even across the Country Natioal Guard Equipment has been destoyed in Iraq where there is no way they can respond to a attack. HELL NO WE ARE NOT SAFER. That is replug spin
