The federal case is separate from a 48-count indictment against Noe in state court, in which the former Maumee coin dealer is alleged by prosecutors to have stolen millions from the $50 million rare-coin fund investment he managed for the Ohio BWC.

Prosecutors allege he used money from the coin fund to pay the Bush conduits, however they said it was “merely fortuitous” for him that it wasn’t proven. State coin fund money, they said, poured into his checking account just prior to the Bush fund-raiser, although there was other money in the account as well, an amount that would have covered the $45,400 he gave to the conduits.

In 2004 In Lucas County, OH Bernadette Noe was head of the BOE
it was during this time that "republican operatives" were allowed to
"work on" files of registered voters. In some area of Toledo as many
as 1 out of 4 registered voters (dem only) showed up to vote and were
told they were no longer registered.

Tom Noe could bring the whole house of cards down on bush ......

Also weird #s were produced in Lucas County too. 39% voter turn out
in Toledo and a Union Suburb but 85 to 99.7% turn outs in the republican
suburbs.

A principal of a school locked the voting machines in his office and did not come
to work on election day.

A couple that had been voting every year from 1960 and stayed in the same house
showed up to vote and were told they were no longer registered.

Tom Noe was also on the Ohio Turnpike Commission and soon after he got
on the commission the "turnpike employees" went private ... rumors of
using the Turnpike to launder money have been "out there." Much like
stories about the Florida turnpike being used for money laundering too.

11. I know a respiratory therapist

who was friends, thru her boyfriend, with Tom and his wife. When the allegations hit the blade they had long been established here on the internets. She came by my place one evening and defended Noe saying "Its all just political bull shit, he didn't do anything" she got very pissed off at me when I told her what I knew about it. Haven't seen her since, oh well good riddance.
