Poll question: How many 2004 presidential candidates have you contributed to?
It may seem odd, but some of us may have contributed to more than 1 candidate. For example, I gave most to Kucinich early on, purely to help him get his fair-trade pro-peace restrain-corporate-America message out there.

But I've also given to Dean.

1. Two
One's in my sig and one isn't.

I am currently unemployed, and literally posting from my parents' basement, like the archetypical message board loser :D but if I get the opportunity my next donation will be to Clark.

2. Clark, Kucinich and (with regret now) Sharpton
Kucinich is the only one who didn't send a thank you letter.

No biggie.

19. "(With regret now)"???
No offense, but what has Sharpton done or not done that has surprised you or made you regret giving him money?

I mean really...The guy is performing EXACTLY as expected...He's in it for the attention.

3. Clark is the first candidate I ever sent money to.
Though I am considering giving Kucinich some when I get back on my feet.

12. Me, too
Think it's a Southern thing?

(I have to admit that I sent money to Edwards when $50 would buy you his Mother's peanut butter pie receipe.)

8. One, and if my candidate does not get the nomination
I will donate to the democratic candidate who does. I will scrape together the bucks to aid our nominees campaign because our country is worth a helluva lot more than george bush's personal gain.

17. I gave Dean some money last night
I've been appalled at the way the media has treated his campaign. I didn't give much, and I'm not switching my support for what is worth, but I do see the Dean campaign as a statement against business as usual, the same way I feel about the Clark campaign.

18. Two--Clark and Edwards
My family has given to Clark, because I'm a Clark supporter. :) And Edwards, because I wanted his campaign DVD that you got for free with a $10 contribution and I also wanted a copy of his book ($30).

20. Just Clark
He's the only candidate I've ever sent money to.

I will give some money to the nominee. Everyone should since Bush already has $130,000,000 and the Dems will need to be competitive before November.

I wish there was public financing of elections. Candidates spend too much time fundraising.

22. Dean the first and only political candidate I've ever given money to.
However, I've donated time and energy to several other candidates, mostly at a local level.
