with my Makita orbital sander until I'd gone down a good 1/4". Then a liberal washing of the affected area with an industrial strength solvent, preferably methyl ethyl ketone. Then a 2 week course of Cypro to kill any biological agents transferred from the "host". Lastly, skin grafts, followed by 6 layers of clear epoxy applied to the area.

Kissing that piece of shit would have some lasting and horrible mental consequences as well, but I'll spare you the details of that treatment for another post.
