6. And Hillary(no interview)Clinton should whats....
Her qualifications other than being a former first lady and a one term senator. Obama is just as qualified as any other senator who most are BORING!! as hell thats why they have a hard time being elected to the Whitehouse. i don't expect Obama to run but after watching him speak about the problems in this country he's a refreshing democrate .

13. Al Gore is not a "tired old dem"
He's just what this country needs. He received the most votes in 2000 and he can do it again in 2008.

8. Ditto that.

I absolutely adore the man and should he decide to run, I'd back him heart and soul. But the decision has to be HIS, not ours.

Gore's burning passion is the urgently critical matter of global warming, with all its looming implications for the planet and humanity. It's where he feels that his energies will be best spent that HE needs to decide, and I will support that decision.

On edit: And I almost forgot -- looking forward to his book and will do my part to help make it a runaway best seller!

12. I agree wholeheartedly

And he is truly doing this because he wants to start a dialogue and get the American people moving, not continuing to expect him to do it. I say as well, what he is doing now regarding the climate crisis which we will only have a ten year window to mitigate goes far beyond any draft. We should be helping him with that. He knows what path to travel because he is a wise and prescient man and I respect him for it.
