Here is part of an email General Clark sent out a couple of weeks ago. Check out the last paragraph:
"...The politics of fear -- the Republicans used it in 2002 with the drumbeat to rush into Iraq and then with their despicable campaign tactics, like the one comparing Senator Max Cleland -- a bona fide war hero -- to Osama Bin Laden.
In 2004, they beat that drum of fear and security again by attacking John Kerry's war record and running through a series of elevated alert warnings to remind the nation that America was still in danger.
Now, in 2006, they are once again ratcheting up the rhetoric, highlighting conflicts with Iran and North Korea and ruthlessly attacking anyone who criticizes the Bush Administration's failed policy in Iraq.
Democrats have to fight back against this language of fear every day between now and Election Day in November. And believe me -- we will.
Over the next two months, I will be campaigning with dozens of candidates up and down the ballot and across America. I will stand next to Ned Lamont (CT-Sen) in his campaign against Joe Lieberman. I will stand next to Jon Tester in his campaign for U.S. Senate in Montana. I will stand with "Fighting Dems" like Jim Webb (Va-Sen), Mike Weaver (KY-2), Joe Sestak (PA-7), and Charlie Brown (CA-4). We will stand together and demand that George W. Bush and the Republican Congress be held accountable for their failures of leadership. And no amount of fear-mongering and negative attacks will keep us from speaking out..."

http://securingamerica.com/node/1424Wes Clark will be in St. Louis on Tuesday campaigning for Claire McCaskill, another of the U.S. Senate seats that Dems need to pick up to regain control of the U.S. Senate. I don't think his time in Virginia has been scheduled yet but you can keep informed of Clark's short term campaign schedule by checking the left side of the front page of his web site.
http://securingamerica.com/I'm sure an appearance will be announced relatively soon. Clark is a strong supporter of Jim Webb's and Clark was among those inside our Party who urged Webb to run.
Clark went to Virginia to endorse Jim Webb before the Virginia Primary on March 29th. Here is part of what he said then:
General Wesley Clark Endorses Jim Webb in Virginia
March 29, 2006
"I am in Virginia to formally endorse Jim Webb, a good friend, true patriot, and fellow veteran who is challenging Republican George Allen for a seat in the U.S. Senate.
Today, I'm asking you to join me in pledging Jim our full support in this important race.
I first met Jim Webb back in 1982, when a West Point classmate of mine brought us together to discuss the idea of building a memorial for our Vietnam veterans on the National Mall. From our first meeting over two decades ago, and ever since, I've come to know Jim as a smart, tough, and principled patriot.
Like me, Jim Webb was drafted into politics. Thousands of Virginians, in search of a real leader to represent them in the Senate, created a grassroots movement to encourage him to jump into the race. On March 7th, Jim answered their call to serve our country once again -- and now he has just three months to introduce himself to Virginia Democrats before the June 13th primary.
I remember well your support of me when I was drafted into the Presidential race. To this very day, I'm humbled and gratified by your faith in me.
In 2003, your financial support allowed our campaign to hit the ground running. Now, I am asking you to do the same for Jim."
http://securingamerica.com/node/823A lot of Clark supporters, including me, have donated to Webb's campaign at General Clark's urging.
