What does it take to lose one's seat in Congress?

House Majority Leader John Boehner (R-OH) struggled with that question while speaking with Chris Wallace about Rep. Bob Ney (R-Guilty) on the Sept. 17 edition of Fox News Sunday.

6. Well, look at the precendent they set with DeLay. GOP means
they watch over their own - in spite of criminal or ethical issues. And still manage to convince a portion of the population that they are the party of morals and values.

7. They expelled Jim Traficant
for taking bribes, false tax returns and making aides work on his farm. What did Ney plead guilty to? What's good for the goose is good for the repig.
