While discussing JHBobcat's insightful review of the Goldwater movie, Bette Noir made the point that Reagan, Nixon, and the lot of them look relatively good next to Dim Son.

So, from the 20th and 21st centuries, who does Bush have to pass to make him officially The Worst Person in the World?

Hitler, one presumes, has the pole position. Who else?

If Bush drops a nuke or two on Iran, that will do for him what The Cream has done for Barry Bonds.

Mussolini, Pol Pot, Pinochet, Milosevic, Saddam (but the American Right helped to put him there). Quite a few people are/ were worse, really. But, except for Hitler and Stalin and a few others, most did not have power over *as many* people as Bush.

Bush is certainly worst than most leaders of democracies - I would even describe him as worse than Thatcher, and that's saying something!
