The grandmas are now mad at you Mr. Bush
I am not sure if Old and In the Way has already posted about our Kerry for President function today. But here I go. We went to the rally in Maine with Senator Ted Kennedy and Vanessa Kerry in attendance. It was just tremendous... great speeches by Miss Kerry and Teddy.

I was next to this wicked, dear grandma, and very briefly chatted with her. She looked at me and said so sweetly, " I hate Bush." I don't think she has ever used the word "hate " in her life. She looked like she said the f-word for the first time.

My point is that when the Nanas are mad.. there will be hell to pay Mr. Bush.

3. You bet!
That AP poll with Bush's approval rating at 47 percent said he's lost a lot of support among voters 65 and older. And that's a group that goes to the polls.

6. This loving grandma is pissed off.
I am 69 and I want bush out so badly that I will do anything. Contribute, go door to door, work the phones anything to get bush out. He is trying to destroy me and may grandchildren and children. I am angry and will work hard to see him defeated.

5. Do you think that the seniors will
understand that Bush and Cheney are paying their ad people to run pro-Medicare drug bill with our tax dollars? I hope that the naive and trusting seniors in the midwest don't get taken in by this propaganda.

7. My Grandma May Be 95 Years-Old
But she pays for entertainment out of her Social-Security Check and dosen't appreciate the Drug Compaies advertising during the programs she pays for and enjoys.

She may or may not be a "Nana", but if an elderly lady can see through Dimbo and strongly suggest I move off-shore, then what "future" can I see for the US in the next 50 years?
