Obviously the correct tactic is to hold your fire until you can see the whites of their eyes. If I were Rove I'd do nothing to stand in the way of Dean getting the nomination.

but i'm starting to wonder...why haven't the pubbies hit him yet? i mean what is the logic of holding back? it wouldn't have to come from the white house but where are the pubbies who would usually be carrying bush's water in a situation like this?
