Dean Folks -- Good Luck in WA Caucuses
I just wanted to say good luck to all you Dean supporters before the Washington caucuses. I'm not sure if it is an Iowa-like caucus or a more primary like caucus but fight and scrape for your guy!

If you can take WA on Saturday and we (Clark) can take TN on Tuesday then there is still some hope for the grassroots movements in this primary season.

1. You are very kind. Yes--I'd love to see Clark wrap up Tennessee!
And Washington is very important to the Dean campaign. We'll see what happens.

2. I would expect Kucinich and Edwards to do better there.
A lot of people up there are opposed to NAFTA and the WTO and these two candidates are the best on that issue. Dennis is the best on everything.

10. A lot of people up there are big on telling the truth about Bush's bs.
Edwards & Kucinich couldn't be more different when it comes to that.

13. Kucinich and Dean are strong in Washington..
The strongest, based on visible support, and just living here, listening to the chatter around.

4. Thanks for that Jmaier; I'm rooting for Clark in Tenn

We sure do need some better luck than we've been having, but I'm still going to hang in there.

5. Thanks...good luck to you Clark supporters too
Hopefully between the two of our camps we can show America that we're about sick and tired of the same old same old.

6. Thanks but the word is that DK JE are teamed up again
to try to kill Dean. I don't know what DK is thinking but I have lost all respect for him. He's just another political hack.

7. Thanks for the Dean support
I also support a good showing for Clark in Tenn. I have great respect for the Clark and Dean supporters. We are in my opinion the future of the Democratic party. Let's let America know that the grassroots movement is alive and well. I would love to see a Clark/Dean, Dean/Clark ticket

8. I second your good wishes to Dean supporters
Just imagine if Dean takes Wash & Clark takes Tennessee, what it would do to the punditocracy of the media & the heirarchy of the Dem party?

Do you think we might change the discussion, slow the bandwagon, or skew the conventional wisdom? I doubt it, but it would be fun!

15. I'd LOVE to see Clark and Dean do great tomorrow!
And.. Kucinich, too.. I just don't want to be pushed into ending our primary season early. Let's make the GOP sweat!! ALL voters deserve a say in the nomination. Remember.. Clinton didn't clinch the nomination until JUNE!!! What's the big hurry????

No I really mean it, break a leg.

Just funnin'. I am looking forward to the caucus tomorrow and meeting my Dean counterparts. We have a tiny precinct and have maybe a dozen that I know of standing for Kerry. Best of luck to all and may the best person win.

14. My first caucus! I'm nervous!!
I'm used to just pushing a button in the primaries.. this will be really interesting and scary! But I owe it to Howard Dean to do my best. He's been really good to Washington, visiting and sharing the love... He deserves the support he has here, and I hope to deliver Washington for him. :grouphug:

16. Bless You! Your post is a breath of fresh air after the...
...sh!t sandwiches being served us Dean supporters by the people supporting the current front runner.

I wish the general well in TN and still hold out hope for a Dean/Clark-Clark/Dean ticket.

17. Dean is going to do well here.
In Washington, there are Dean stickers on cars, posters in windows, and signs on lawns. Dean is by far the most advertised candidate.

The only danger is the defeatist whispers that will support ABB and are switching to carry because they think he has already won. They are forgetting that there are a hell of a lot of delegates left to win and Dean has a good amount of them.

:)

18. Thanks, and good luck too.
I suppose there is significant Dean - Clark synergy, primarily because our campaigns are people powered. Washington would be very nice to win.

21. Good Luck all
WA is just the right spot for a maverick. They like the underdogs, and the caucus is long. Good for committed troops.

Best of luck! :toast:

24. I knew you were a Clark supporter just from the subject line
:D

Thanks and good luck to the General in TN.

Something tells me our camps will be working together in some fasion before long. The General and the Doctor (or vice versa) - has a nice ring to it, doesn't it?
