.... how many will even know enough to make a half-assed guess? How many would guess its the name of a rock group? Or a terrorist?
The other party will only mention how this 'protects the brave young American agents in the field from prosecution for acts during the course of keeping us safe.
Some on our side will get up and try to explain it on the basis of habeus corpus.
Who'll win that media side show?
