An open letter to NBC and MSNBC regarding Foley and your air .....

Dear NBC and MSNBC,

For months now, you've been showing dozens of internet sexual predators being busted by your Chris Hansen. Your To Catch a Predator series focuses on adult men using AOL chat to make contact with underage boys and girls. Using adults posing as children, you wait for the perps to agree to meet the 'child', at which point your Mr. Hansen confronts them, the police join in, and these perverts are busted.

That's been some credible work.

Well, here's a lead for you.

In the highest tiers of the US government, there appears to exist a ring of pedophiles and pedophile enablers. It involves Congressman Mark Foley (R-Florida). Transcripts of his ongoing contact with underage boys are now in the public record. The actions of Republican Majority Leader Boehner (R-Ohio) and Republican Speaker of the House - the third in line to the President - Dennis Hastert (R-Illinois) are also in question.

This is a brewing story. I hope you'll give it the wall to wall coverage it deserves. Time is of the essence, as the voters are about to decide whether or not to send these men back to Congress.

You have less than 40 days, NBC. The facts are spilling out. You need only catch the spills and report the findings.

Our children deserve no less.
