ABC: "Massive metastasizing scandal" They knew for five years.
Foley asked the pages to measure their dicks.

Brian Ross: "Foley could end up being prosecuted under laws he helped to enact."

Republicans in "damage control mode."

That was during an email exchange when he was chattting up a boy about masturbating online. He told him to "grab the one-eyed snake," to measure it, and to amke sure his mother didn't find out what they were doing.

9. Clearcut the psychopaths
And yes I do HATE psychopaths.I don't care that their brains are different, but I DO care they abuse people. Bullies psychopaths child abusers, they are NOT to be tolerated or trusted around human beings.
If you do not like the idea that psychopaths are dangerous cannot be cured see nothing wrong with their own abusive ways and you think these people can reform or deserve pity you are and will be ENABLING THEM.

Sometimes you DO have to say ENOUGH.AND ACT ON IT and go against a bully. And it has been far too long as a culture that we have let psychopaths in high and in low places,GET AWAY WITH their BAD conduct. the bullies the abusers the authoritarians, molesters and psychopaths have had too much tolerance in our culture for their intolerable cruel behavior and their sadism and parasitic predatory ways they hurt people. They try to set up the law,the way people interact, the financial sector ANYTHING to favor their kind, it's time we say NO MORE.

Edited on Sun Oct-01-06 06:10 PM by TwentyFive
How do you explain these psychopaths getting into positions of authority?

I have no doubt that
Rove
Hastert
Gingrich
DeLay
Foley
Frist
Cheney
Rumsfeld
Bush
Limbaugh
Robertson
Falwell

...are textbook definitions of psychopaths. The world would be much better off if all the above people were isolated in maximum security lockdown. Fewer people would suffer, die and be humiliated.

The really unfortunate are the ones who see this, but suffer because the blind fall for their scams and then vote them into power.

15. Psychopaths gravitate to power.
They want it more than anyone else.
They like domination. So they disrupt group dynamics and suck the right ass and get themselves into authoritative positions where they can act out and hide.By looking upstanding, normal, competent, and they use the old boy network, exploiting "underlings", bullying and manipulation to get ahead and rise up until THEY are the authority.Than they are the petty tyrant. That nobody challenges but everyone hates..That is how psychopaths get into power and why they want power, it's for the power itself the authority itself,THey don't care about legitimacy they just want to be in control and dominate.
Psychopaths gravitate where they can control and get away with abuse the easiest they deliberately seek to create or build a culture of obedience and intimidation around themselves made of of enablers that will TOLERATE their misconduct and cover it up or minimize it for the psychopath's sake.

It's not too much different from abusive family dynamics where the drunk wife beater that bullies his wife, goads her into calling his boss for him and she telling the boss he is sick..he can't work..But they BOTH know it's because he has a hangover and was out late.

After all how many people in the whitehouse KNEW whom was the pedophile and the psychopaths but FAILED to out them? felt too intimidated or were blackmailed by the psychopaths? And instead are MAKING EXCUSES for these degenerates?? LOok at the pattern of abuse and how the dynamics work,it's there all over politics and corporate society. And it is SICK!..SICK SICK!

Abuse dynamics makes our entire culture sick.

16. The Flag?
Edited on Sun Oct-01-06 08:31 PM by undergroundpanther
Hell yes they'll wrap themselves in a flag, a cross, a moon and star,a pentagram,a 'joke', the "victim"' role, the'caretaker' role, they'll wrap themselves up in pig shit if it's what will get them into better positions of power and gets them more authority over people and more social 'clout'so they get more unearned trust and plausible deni-ability. They will do ANYTHING to be in CONTROL of others lives and futures as much as possible, parasite off others achievements, kindness or love,, and psychopaths abuse people, hurt people, exploit people, sexually exploit people ,manipulate people's consent, bully people ,play games with group dynamics like gas lighting, and intimidation, and they do their evil hearted best to get away with it.

Psychopaths want to hurt people, oppress them, dominate, control, use, lie, and be sadistic,to exploit them.

You cannot negotiate with a psychopath.

You cannot reason with psychopaths or authoritarian personalities.
You cannot live around them either, they'll hurt you,con you, intimidate you, harass, exploit, set you up, and destroy you and they destroy families and organizations too .You cannot treat them like they are non psychopaths and expect them to be civil or fair they will not..do it.They will exploit trust, and abuse power, ands lie..They do not have a CONSCIENCE,the very thing inside us that is our inner cop, that conscience inside us is what in the face of temptations, says out of empathy for the weaker,do not take advantage of 16 year old interns,it is wrong and sick to seek out young vulnerable people when you are old enough to be his own father.

Psychopaths and authoritarian personalities are because of their personality INCOMPATIBLE with the more noble human traits of merit, creativity, freedom of expression, honesty, trust, telling the truth, our freedom, fair justice, equality, democracy, peace, kindness or even simple compassion and they are who make living in society itself with bodily, emotional,or sexual safety impossible.

Psychopaths abuse people.
They do not feel guilt remorse ,shame or see anything WRONG with the way they treat others, they have NO CONSCIENCE so there is no way to change them,First prerequisite to change is to feel there is something WRONG. Psychopaths do not think ANYTHING is wrong with THEMSELVES. IT's everyone else's fault.

Psychopaths and authoritarian personalities cannot be trusted with freedom they abuse it,and they must be kept away from positions of power and authority,Eventually they will act out so they\'ll have to be locked up,and babysat by armed guards for the rest of their lives, so they don't hurt anyone, rob, abuse or kill.

It isn't that I hate their souls for being so fucked up,it's the problems they cause in OTHERS lives who are NOT like them that makes the psychopath not tolerable to exist near non psychopaths..I don't care what goes on inside someones head,..But when they act it out on others and hurt others and set up themselves in positions of authority or power in our society so they can harm others, foment hate, scapegoating, bigotry, abuse and get away with it,that is what I hate psychopaths for.For their effects on non psychopaths and for making victims, chumps, and marks out of us.And the DAMAGE done the lives, the lives not lived, people crippled by trauma, millions denied a chance to be who they are, humanity has been denied so much in this world the things that could be because a psychopath was who controlled the state, the purse, the institution, the corporation, or the very homes where people grew up or where people live..

24. Was the Finder's Case another example of a case they swept under the rug?
Edited on Sun Oct-01-06 09:06 PM by EVDebs

"""Could our own government have something to do with this Finders organization and turned their backs on these children? That's what all the evidence points to," says Lewis. "And there is a lot of evidence. I can tell you this: We've got a lot of people scrambling, and that wouldn't be happening if there was nothing here." Perhaps. But the Finders say there is nothing there - at least nothing illegal.""

BTW, with "media" involvement, this also tends to show why the media doesn't take an interest...

The Pentagon and many corporations and institutions are I think NESTS of psychopaths and their hierarchies of enablers who do as they are told and never ask questions are who insulate these thugs from US . Why all the secrecy?
http://www.seedsofdoubt.com/distressedamerican/Sekhmet.htm

Because of the unspeakable crimes committed by these"institutions" under the pretense of "national security" and the black budget that funds all this psychopathic abuses and diabolical inventions by corporate contract to kill and destroy or steal resources from humanity and render the world subjected, controlled and shattered...and captured by the most powerful psychopaths.THe truth would mean the end of the scam of their "dream" of their decadent, sick, rule over humanity.Humanity better realize we are not all the same. Some of us have no Conscience and therefore cannot be allowed to be treated as one of us.Anton Lavey of the Church of Satan discribed the best way to use secrecy, is to tolerate talk about the acts that are so unbelievable sounding, so huge, and so over the top crazy, that no one dares think it is the truth, for fear of being called a 'paranoid' and so nobody treats the crimes like it is the truth and no one investigates it and gets the perpetrators..for fear of ridicule..

Hmmm. Kinda reminds me of the HP situation at present. In any case, if this group acts domestically within the US or has access to the new database being created offshore (see Global Informnation Group, located in the Bahamas under Ben H. Bell, III ) and this thing metastesizes into the TIA project.

35. Queerness
Is not what makes a person a psychopath.
I am Transgender and I am NOT a psychopath,I have been seriously psychologically injured by psychopaths. I have PSTD.

Gay/queer people who are just Queer, are not dangerous people.Queers are NOT a danger to kids or anyone else, unless they are psychopaths first.
Psychopathy is the real danger here.

Not a persons sexual preferences or gender identity .

There are psychopaths who may be gay,or who are straight,or bi or anything else,Psychopaths are all are sadistic assholes, including the psychopaths in the whitehouse who desire to hurt little boys and teenagers for kicks and power trips, they are no different than a rapist who uses sex as a weapon..

Please do not assume and spread the lie all gay people and Queers are like the criminal thugs in the GOP sexually abusing kids and teens.

50. A pedophile
seduces kids because he can control them and crush them and ruin their lives ,sexuality and innocence. To me to be a pedophile they are already a psychopath, their empathy is dead if they molest or rape a child as far as I am concerned..The damage pedophilia does to the child never heals. It hasn't healed for me after 20 plus years of therapy.

52. wow..
your statement is rather hateful. "queer" in the context you place it sounds just like a repuke would say it. only gays can use queer because they won't be using it in the context you just did. Yes, there are several closeted gays in the bush administration, mehlman reportedly being one, but you almost twist the point that gay means child molester because of your choice of wording in saying "Far be it for me to say but some of those guys around Bush and Chaney look dam queer to me."

sheesh... please respect that the people on this board who happen to be gay are totally offended by your tone.

Watch that fuzzy math.

Or do you believe that a 21 year old is incapable of making an informed decision? Such as voting, or signing contracts, or having sex?

20. Not that I doubt it's true, but ABC is hardly a credible news source.
However, if it is all true, I think it's justice served that he would serve time due to his own legislation.

Somehow makes the torture bill a teensy, weensy bit easier to take.

Now, back to focusing on election fraud so they don't steal it again.

23. TPM cites a page in the 2001-2002 class re: warnings by a Pub staffer
A Republican staff member warned congressional pages five years ago to watch out for Congressman Mark Foley, according to a former page.

Matthew Loraditch, a page in the 2001-2002 class, told ABC News he and other pages were warned about Foley by a supervisor in the House Clerk's office.

Loraditch, the president of the Page Alumni Association, said the pages were told "don't get too wrapped up in him being too nice to you and all that kind of stuff."

Too many people are NOT AWARE of abuse dynamics, how power is misused in organizations by authoritarian and psychopath personalities and too many people do not know how to have firm clear personal boundaries and defend themselves or others psychologically against a psychopath manipulator's charm or viciousness if they knew how to spot them and recognized one in their midst..

83. I'm trying to find a print source that will confirm it.
I've heard it for years that Crist was gay and that Foley was too. I've also heard that they were roommates while in the legislature. The story was repeated as comments on several blogs by Gallagher supporters and was resurrected when this Foley incident first came out. The problem is that it was too far back for most newspaper articles to be on the net for me to find a source. However, as often as I've heard it repeated, I've yet to see a rebuttal by a Crist supporter. Crist did testify in support of Foley's sexual predator bill. Here's some photos of them together (LINK).

If the red neck republicans were not willing to change out a republican for a democrat in the Sand Diego race when it was a fact that their rep was basically acutioning off favors to the highest bidder they are not going to change parties becasue of diddiling boys. The rep from Sand Diego pleaded guilty and was on his way to jail when they held the special election and the Goof Ball republicans still voted for a republican. I guarntee that this seat will stay republican no matter what happens they will justify it by saying well we are not voting for Foley we are voting for a new republican who of course loves God and his Country in that order. You can take that to the bank and I hope I am wrong!

In contrast to the generally accepted medical definition, the term pedophile is also used colloquially to denote significantly older adults who are sexually attracted to adolescents below the local age of consent<1>, as well as those who have sexually abused a child.

You can fool some of the people all of the time. Do you think
the remaining 30% of the country who loves bush will look over

George Will said yesterday repubs. won in '04 despite

by offering up a bill for paper ballots. Barbara Boxer tried
to get the legislation passed. Republicans wouldn't hear of

69. OK sparky, here's the deal.
Foley is already playing the "alcohol made me gay and like boys" card. it plays into the christian right's proclomation that being gay is a function of "choice" not "biology." however, Pedophila is all together seperate, and even hetrosexual people have been known to take a liking of same sex young uns. ethier way, the sicko is trying to cover up his ooglings by blaming it on the bottle.

Already this story has started to sink off the news cycle, the latest desernable stategy is "blame the left wing media for making it seem like a big deal." like those hideious ads that run on fox news about how cheery and wonderful things are in Iraq, and how the big bad liberal media is lying to us and only showing the bad stuff.

Be vigilant.

79. Links: Democratic challengers to Republicans most vulnerable in Predatorgate

The OP mentions some of the Republicans who need to be asked, "What did you know, and when did you know it", and whose hard-drives MUST be seized as evidence in a possble criminal conspiracy.

I went to http://www.fec.gov and http://www.thegreenpapers.com and clicked through to state General Election voter information pages. Here are the incumbent names, states and districts, Democratic challengers, and campaign homepage URLs:

See http://www.dailykos.com/comments/2006/9/30/212758/946/426#c426 for more details.

Here's where you can go to help some of these candidates. Most of these Democrats are on their own with very few resources. One doesn't even have a website!

IMO, what they need most is help with local media, press releases, photo-ops, etc. IMO, their only hope of gaining office for themselves is to ignite local media feeding frenzies to bloody up and then devour the coverup leadership. You can even find lists of links to their local media at the bottom of General Election webpages for their states at http://www.thegreenpapers.com .
