If I was an oddsmaker in Las Vegas the 1.5% would be generous odds for
Howard Dean. The odds for John Kerry getting the Democratic nomination are about 94.0%.

Mike Malloy is a talk show host and things are more interesting if he thinks the "race" isn't over. The truth is that unless something drastic happens, and that is very unlikely, Dean is out of it.

From what I hear, Mike Mallow tends to speak his mind and screw established thought. That may be why he's guaranteed only a few more weeks on the air.
