4. I just posted down the board
about the appropriateness of the backdrop being a chalkboard, due to the way that the Amish schoolgirls were apparently killed---lined up at the chalkboard--according to the media.

It just gave me the shivers and wonder if it affected others the same way---or if anyone else even thought of it. maybe it's just me--an old retired teacher.

7. I was just sickened by the fact that...
...someone did his little blackboard backdrop in red, white and blue chalk. The only thing missing is a special jacket, made especially for the occasion, with "Commander in Chief" embroidered on the pocket with "George W. Bush" underneath. He REALLY likes those jackets.

16. 9-11 Flashback -- (P. N-T. S-F. D.)
The victim of Post Nontraumatic Stressfree Disorder can experience sudden disorientation when returned to a similar environment to the critical event. Destructive thoughts, such as "perhaps I should have had a care in the world that day," can plague him.

The sufferer suddenly feels bookless, chairless, and trapped without a jumbo-jet-accessible escape route.

The reality of so many full glasses, but not a drop of booze until lunchtime, can seem interminable.

It would be comforting to assure the subject that it could be worse, that lesser men have cracked under the strain.

But sadly, no lesser men have been discovered to date.
