9. Hey, I am ABB ...
.... but have become more and more impressed with Kerry. Seems to be a really tough campaigner and he is KICKIN' a**. I really do think we need a former military man to pound W on Iraq. I was interested in Clark but I'm afraid that he is too new to politics to take on Rove and Co. Kerry seems to have mastered the game and have his heart in the right place. Real excited about his match up numbers vs. Bush, I know that they will change but it is nice to see now.

Good luck!

11. Wes Clark seems like a really decent man. Nice too.
The kind of man I could sit down for hours with and talk to. Very reasonable conversation from him in this campaign.

Best wishes! :toast:

12. Big delegate counts today!
This is good news for us JK supporters.

Be prepared, though: on other threads today, posters are insinuating that CNN is cheating the results.
Actually, different news sources get different results from the precincts they monitor.

17. GO KERRY!!!
I am really going to be pumped in November if he gets the nomination. I heard that he's still beating Bush in the polls! What I'm really looking forward to is hearing talk radio the next day if Kerry beats Bush. The right-wing hosts might actually be in tears!! (I love talk-radio. Listening to some of those right-wing hosts has actually made me more liberal!)

America...a time of hope...a belief that America IS the greatest country in the world....and we can create the world that WE want...a world where oil wars don't exist....a world where energy comes from the sun, wind, and water....where no one in America goes to bed hungry, homeless or without medical care....

the time is now....JFK...

31. WA Kerry Delegate
Just wanted to check in as Kerry delegate from my WA precinct. Also, we must work very hard to include all folks in the coming months. At my caucus (who Kerry won) supporters of other candidates seemed to feel that their issues and vote would disappear. We must make sure that the these folks are heard and their concerns addressed at all levels of the process. Let us all go forward and send the * home.

If that's the philosophy Kerry's running in his campaign, he deserves all the votes he's gotten.

44. Delegate for Kerry here too.
It was my first caucus and a lot of fun. Dennis was very well represented and quite successfull. Kerry took about a third of all the votes. I am looking forward to the county convention and have permission from my SO to go to the state convention if I get the chance. I am pumped and very encouraged. We have the RIGHT person for this task.

34. All over but the shoutin
I think this seals it. Kerry is going to sweep most of the remaining primaries and be in good shape to take on Bush. Bush and Rove miscalculated badly by focusing on Dean - they really did not want Kerry imo, because he is the one person who can pull in the military veterans. And it is the veterans who are going to be taking a second look at the Bush/Cheney military record. The feeling is going to be that if Bush and Cheney had the kind of military experience that kerry has, maybe they wouldn't have been so quick to put troops into harm's way in Iraq.

38. I took a pic of my mother and JK on Thursday
My mom is an 84-year old "Veteran for Kerry". She was a Navy Nurse in WWII. She was thrilled to have her picture taken with him.

When I sent the pic to my niece in San Francisco she replied back "Wow, Gram and the next President!"

After today's wins and a potentially great day in Maine tomorrow, I think my niece just might be right!
