there are extremely few votes. And yet they just called it. I thought Seattle practically decided the state. Huh?

3. All caucuses were slated to close around noon |
|
Every caucus was expected to last no longer than two hours, and I think everyone started at 10AM. The state party was fairly adamant about getting business done with quickly, so I'm sure that all caucuses had closed by the time that the numbers started being reported.
