I thought Jimmy Carter was supposed to speak at the funeral.
Did I miss him? Did he speak?

1. I didn't hear him either
He was invited to the private funeral in Grand Rapids tomorrow. Perhaps that's where he's going to speak. They were close friends.

5. I heard this morning that they had an agreement.
Whoever was surviving the other, would speak at the other's funeral. This is a great example of friendship, even though they ran against each other for the presidency. How sad to think about how things have changed.
