DID ANYONE ELSE NOTICE

Did anyone notice that many of "president Fords" honor guard were still involved with the
present day administration? Not meaning to take any thing from FORD, but don't you think the county would be much better off if most of these people had retired years ago.
I'M talking CHENNY,RUMSFIELD,BAKER AND THAT DINOSAUR THINKING GROUP!
Oh well may'be their batteries will wear out!

1. Their batteries will never run out
They are like the machine overlords in the Matrix movies: they run on solar power and are self-repairing.

2. I noticed
This is also why pardoning Nixon without requiring him to even list what exactly it was that he had done wrong that could be published even at his death has let these people do wrong for decades.

Many of these people were also Nixon and Bush1 people. They have fought for their perverted view of America under multiple Presidents. The same mentality that led them to ignore the Boland amendment and fund the Contras allowing drug running into this country is the same mentality that lets them shred the constitution now.

When we win, though, they ask for bi-partisanship. We need leaders who will fight them.

3. The corrupt honoring a man known for his lack of corruption....
Yes, seeing slime-ball Cheney and god awful Frist speaking at Ford's funeral was more irony than I could take.

4. Term limits
We have it for the president how about for his cabinet. No cabinet member may serve for more than 8 years in any capacity for the WH administration or something like that. If this is not put into place we may see Karl around for the 2040 elections, trying to get one of GW's daughters elected president. Now that is scary thought.
