working on "marketing" issues, which is his specialty. In case you haven't noticed, this mis-administration doesn't do any real governing, only marketing. I've never considered Rove to be any sort of genius; just someone who was good at organizing "the base", which didn't work this time, also, "fear-and-smear" tactics, which has gotten stale also. I think he's still re-tooling "the message", though. Notice the latest buzz-word from the marketing department: "surge", when of course they mean "escalation". IMO, that word had Rove's paws all over it.
