It states that it is current as of 16 Nov 2006 but I checked Wisconsin and there was a discrepancy. The correction is in my part but not the Wiki source.

1. How many "red states" have Democratic control of both houses and the governorship?

We should get ALL of those states to pass legislation apportioning their Electoral College votes proportionally.

This is perfectly legal and would totally change the dynamic of the next presidential election.

2. I know that

Arkansas has a Dem controlled legislature and voted in a Dem Governor this election, I think Louisana has a Dem controlled legislature and a Dem Governor but besides that it's pretty mixed like Alabama and Mississippi have Dem controlled legislature if i'm not mistaken but have GOP Governors
