So is anyone surprised that the "media" isn't covering that we are going to go to Iran next?

1. It's hard for the media to "cover" a speculation about a future event, no?

That said, the media was talking about the Iran angle last night, and this morning as well.

2. This is why the pundits looked like deer in the headlights. They are
stunned at the thought but until it happens, what can they do. Although, a little discourse on the possibility would certainly not be out of order. I agree in that I would like to hear some discussion on it.

3. My question is.....
"Are we going to stop the flow of weapons into Iraq from Saudi Arabia?

I have my doubts.

4. We've just declared war on Iran
By invading its consulate and arresting its diplomats. That's property of a sovereign nation, and we've attacked.

5. Keith and Tweety covered it in detail last night
both said that they were very troubled by the Iran/Syria escalation talk which was very obvious in chimps speech. I hope they continue to talk about it.

6. Matthews/Olbermann & Williams/Russert were discussing it ...
... last night during their post speech "analysis" ... it was glaringly obvious that Blivet mentioned Iran and Syria in the Iraq speech to tie them all together in the public's mind, opening
that 'where do we go next' option.

I'm almost starting to believe that Bush's real intention from the beginning was to being on WW3 ... we've totally and completely destabilized the middle east because if nothing else, Saddam had Iraq and his 'neighbors' under some kind of control.

Now it's a disaster, free-for-all ... and if US forces move into one more country, whatever part of hell that has not yet broken loose - will.

7. Let's not beat around the bush with our verbs. You mean "Invade"? "Attack"?
